Role: Programme Manager- Data Driven Marketing
Contract length: 6 months
Day rate: Up to £380 via LTD
Start: ASAP- must be available to start within 4 weeks.
What’s all this about then?
The ambition for this role is to work across the full Customer Data Driven Marketing (CDM) spectrum, helping deliver best in class digital experiences for customers, and to help the client to gain a better understanding of their customer base.
Historically, the Digital Marketing Platforms, strategy and ultimately the consumer experience across all digital channels have been owned by the client’s Global HQ, however, in the last few years the ownership of the platforms and consumer experience has shifted to the European Office, who have built a central function to take control and step change digital experiences across Europe.
Some big decisions were made to upgrade their capabilities using Adobe’s Marketing Cloud which cover components like Adobe Analytics, Adobe DMP / Audience Manager, Adobe Media Optimiser and Adobe Experience Manager.
The internal digital team structure is as follows. The Programme Manager will work with HQ, Europe Office teams and Local Subsidiaries to ensure best in class planning and delivery of CDM programmes and projects, reporting to the European Head of Digital Programme Management.
Digital Planning Covering launch and always on planning of media, CRM, web, app touchpoints to meet Brand Team briefs. Includes expertise in Digital Media.
Ownership & Loyalty Specialist focus on CRM web/app platforms, email and push in order to drive data enrichment and move forward the personalisation agenda.
Social Media Specialist focus leading content and platform management agenda.
User Experience Managing the User Experience, predominantly on the main website which uses AEM. However, should also review other Digital touchpoints managed by other teams (CRM, Social…)
Digital Content Overseeing the creation and distribution of digital content – responsible for content operations of website, EU content strategy and guidelines, EU content governance as well as EU content performance and optimisation across all digital channels.
Digital Platforms Own platform development roadmap. Work directly with HQ website owners to ensure European requirements are met. Own CRM Tech.
Digital Analytics Team of Channel & Campaign analysts focusing on .COM, Social, CRM who work specifically with Planning team and more senior set of Data Managers looking at Insight and opportunity in the data
