Using statistical and analytical techniques to deliver actionable insights looking at customers needs, trends & competitors. You will likely have retail experience looking to apply your knowledge in a role, which will have a real meaning and purpose influencing real business strategies such as categories, products and investment.

Technical skills –

• Degree level or higher in a numerate subject is preferred e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Operational Research
• Strong statistical background applied across a number of areas using both simple and complex statistical models
• Skilled in using statistical / data analytics software e.g. SAS, R, Python, SPSS, SQL etc. (SAS, Python or R preferred), SQL is required

Soft skills, as well as being a data wiz you will also be able to communicate your findings to various no technical stakeholders across the business.
