This role will be working in a team of 8 within the clothing and home category for this well-known retailer. The Senior Customer Analyst will be using their statistical expertise in delivering actionable customer insights helping the business answer key questions.

You will –

• Use your expertise to create actionable customer insights as well as leading automation
• Work with wider analytics team to give the business a holistic view of the business within the wider market through consumer, trends & competitor analysis
• Lead end to end projects from requirement gathering, writing briefs, scoping requirements, performing analysis and presenting back
• Identify new analytics opportunities for team and wider business

Key skill –

• Numerate degree
• Experience using complex and simple statistical models
• Experience with one or a number of data analytics software’s – SAS, R, Python, SPSS, SQL
• Strong communication abilities able to work with multiple stakeholder and comfortable presenting back findings
