This is a one-off opportunity to be part of a truly global iconic brand that is pushing the boundaries in digital and design.

The Senior Manager role is a player-manager, managing a team of 3 as well leading the thinking of analytics working with key stakeholder’s to be the voice of the customer in the product team to help develop the next generation of clothing & apparel.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead cross-functional customer analytics thinking & projects for own retail
• Partner with stakeholders across the business acting as the voice of the customer
• Partner with the advanced analytics function to implement cutting edge analytics for the customer team
• Drive insights for opportunity across the business on a global level
• Manage a team of 3 driving standards, continually learning & upskilling

Desired Skill & Knowledge

• Knowledge in data analysis using SQL, R. Python etc (they’re not looking for a data scientist but some knowledge is advantageous)
• Understanding of the retail landscape ideally having spent time working for an online retailer
• People management experience is highly beneficial
• Strong storytelling abilities & stakeholder experience is crucial
