This iconic retailer is looking for a Senior Researcher to lead a team of 6 researchers setting the agenda and leading the roadmap.

You will be providing world-class actionable insights looking at customer’s needs, trends & competitors. You will likely be agency side looking to break into a leading client-side brand who are doing cutting-edge research.

You will be

• Confident with a full spectrum of end-to-end research methods and delivery of both qualitative & quantitative research techniques
• Experience with advanced research methods (rather than just surveys)
• Comfortable combing advanced analytics tools with research e.g. driver’s analysis, conjoint, max diff, segmentation, correlations and regression, TURF etc.
• Have a consultative style with a Clear demonstration of strong storytelling skills (both written and spoken) to maximise engagement and clarity
• Experience in using, interpreting and integrating market data such as Kantar, Nielsen, GfK etc
• Line management experience is a big plus
