Social Data Analyst

Salt is supporting a Leading Digital Agency in the hunt for a dynamic and driven Senior Social Data Analyst for an immediate starting contract role. Working on one of their largest Consumer Electronics Client Accounts, you will hold ownership for the social listening for the brand which spans across Europe. You will extract audience learnings, determine which audience segments are most engaging with owned/paid social posts, make market comparisons and benchmark across competitors.

This role will support their strategy team in further development and delivery of key insight decks which will drive huge impact for campaign learnings, product launches etc.

Key Skills Required:

• Proven ability to analyse data to extract meaningful insights which will positively impact campaign and customer experience strategy
• Social listening experience across any of the following is essential: Netbase, Fanpage Karma, Brandwatch, Crimson Hexagon
• Experienced in translating complex data sets into insights from multiple sources and translate into actionable recommendations to support business objectives
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Interest and aptitude in quickly learning new tools and techniques
• Key ability to work within a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational and time-management skills are essential
• Previous experience in a client-facing role will be advantageous
• Familiarity with media planning tools (GWI, Kantar Comtech, TGI, etc) will be a bonus for this role
