Salt are working with a well known, central London based charity to help build out their analytics function and assist them to make stronger data driven decisions.

This role is an excellent opportunity for a junior candidate, with hands on Google analytics experience, to set the foundation for an excellent career in Digital analytics.

About the role:
As a part of their strategic plan, the client embarked on a significant and exciting transformation in which digital in a central role to engage the charity’s supporters and influencers as well as provide information, services and advice to patients and those that care for them.

Insight from this role is central to the whole digital team. They need to measure their success, understand website visitors and identify development areas to feed their continuous optimisation work (including the multivalent testing schedule).

With solid experience in using Google Analytics and other digital metrics software, the Senior Digital Analytics Executive is responsible for leading this activity and delivering the reporting and insight required to fuel the digital team.

Using this insight, they’ll work with colleagues across digital to mature a website with over two million visitors a year.

The ideal candidate:

  • User of Google Analytics in a business setting
  • Knowledge of other analytics software such as Adobe Analytics (Omniture), WebTrends, Tealeaf or IBM Digital Analytics (Coremetrics) is desirable but not expected.
  • Experience of working in a cross-function digital environment alongside user experience, web developer and marketing colleagues.
  • Possess an analytical mind and be able to identify trends and patterns, solve problems and apply this analytical thinking to users’ online journeys and brand experience.
  • Excellent communicator and possess strong negotiation and influencing skills.
