Acquisition Marketing Manager (6 Month FTC)

Salt has partnered with a leading business in the Finance Solutions Space. We are looking for a Acquisition Marketing Manager to develop and execute a strategy for customer acquisition through integrated demand generation across all channels – including SEM, paid social, display, content syndication etc.

You will need to have B2B Experience, be data driven and results focused and have Marketing Acquisition experience to websites, digital and social channels.

Responsibilities:

• Campaign execution & planning customer acquisition

• Generate Demand Generation

• Channel acquisition SME digital acquisition through PPC, Paid Media & Social, Display, SEO

• Develop creative. Work with internal marketing teams and external agencies to develop market leading marketing content, campaign assets and sales enablement assets

• Development of nurture journeys using marketing automation (Pardot)

• Responsible for managing, updating, and reporting on the acquisition budget

• Manage a team of 2 and report into a Head of Marketing

• Management of an extensive agency network including strategic, creative, media, digital etc

Experience Needed:

• 5+ years of demand generation marketing experience

• B2B Demand Generation – Creating Leads

• Demonstrated success with end-to-end campaign design, rollout, and project management

• Audience analysis, messaging, content and journey mapping, program development, and measurement

• Proven ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate with different teams to build plans and deliver campaigns. And demonstrable understanding of sales and marketing alignment

• Strong project management skills including managing internal stakeholders and marketing agencies

• Experience in working in a multi-national, matrixed organisation to develop marketing campaigns in partnership with multiple sales & marketing teams in remote locations
