The office is in the heart of vibrant Berlin – a city rich in culture and things to do.

Main Job Responsibilities:

• Launch of the new affiliate program, across multiple countries
• Strategic expansion of the partner portfolio
• Full optimization cycle of the affiliate channel including
  • Analysis and adjustment of pricing structure
  • Development of creative strategies
  • Launch and roll out of affiliate campaigns
  • Partner analysis and partner support
  • Market and competitor analyses
• Driving tech initiatives together with the tech & BI team

Please ONLY apply if you possess the following:

• You have solid experience in affiliate marketing (at least 4 years); experience in other online marketing channels is a plus
• You are very analytical, have a passion for working with numbers and know how to work efficiently with Google Analytics and other tracking tools
• You have strong communication and negotiation skills
• You are a self-starter and you love taking ownership of processes and projects
• You speak English fluently; other languages are considered as a plus
