The Senior Affiliate and Partnerships Manager will manage a large budget and will work closely with the VP of International, SEO & Content Manager, PPC Specialist, PR Manager, Media agency, and a significant number of teams in the global offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all affiliate activities to achieve subscriber and revenue targets whilst managing the overall marketing budget for this channel.
• Monitor and analyse results closely to drive ROI and optimise performance.
• Develop current affiliate relationships and grow revenue from existing partners.
• Identify and lead on the development of new revenue streams through partnerships, identifying new opportunities, developing and pitching new proposals, and ensuring successful implementation together with the Business Development Manager.
• Produce creative assets to support our various acquisition campaigns, working with designers and freelancers / agencies to build high response, onbrand creative.

Key competencies and experience:

• In-depth knowledge of B2C customer acquisition (both online and offline) in an ecommerce environment is essential
• 5+ years’ experience in running an affiliate programme in-house and agency side

• Proven, successful track record in setting-up new partnerships, in either a client-side or agency based role
• Experience managing a partnership deal from start to finish – finding, winning and signing deals with brand partners
• Very data driven with a strong analytical mind
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple fast-paced projects.
• A team player, with an open and affable demeanour, who feels comfortable working autonomously in a small team
