• Lead the Digital Marketing Strategy in Germany
• Work closely with the UK team to develop the marketing strategy
• Be part of a growing German team and develop team members
• Paid Search – Optimise Shopping campaigns.
• Paid Social and Display – Focus on Instagram and Facebook advertising
• Affiliates and Partnership
• CRM/Email – work with the CRM team in the UK to develop CRM strategy
• Reporting on digital marketing activities

Experience required:

• Must be able to speak German (Native Level) and fluent English
• Ideally have experience in fashion, cosmetics, luxury, retail or FMCG
• Digital Marketing background (CRM, Paid social, Paid Search, Affiliates)
• Strong PPC experience, in data tracking and using metrics to identify, interpret and capitalise on Digital marketing trends.
• E commerce experience
• Analytical
