The Client
My client is one of the leading Fintechs in the UK. They are a disruptive, rapid-growing business with a mission to put people in charge of their personal finances.

The Role
The Digital Marketing Marketer will play a crucial role in their digital growth strategy over the coming years. They will be responsible for implementing and supporting all digital activities such as paid search, paid social, display programmatic, mobile app download and other channels that will be tested and developed in order to achieve acquisition targets for 2018 and 2019.

Main Job Responsibilities

• Hands-on approach for running PPC, Paid Social and App download campaigns
• Use industry and competitor analysis data and tools to inform activity and assessing the potential of new opportunities
• Develop Paid Social Media for sales acquisition, reactivation and retention
• Run regular reports to analyse and track campaigns against set objectives
• Develop and maintain a good relationship with PPC and Programmatic agency and collaborate to continuously optimise campaigns

Key Skills and Experience

• Data driven – strong experience of delivering and optimising PPC and Paid Social campaigns to performance metrics.
• Previous hands-on experience in programmatic or display advertising is desirable
• Experience with website analytics tools (e.g. GA, Similar Web, Majestic, SEM Rush)
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
• Strong communicator – challenging, collaborative and able to interact with senior stakeholders
