Salt has partnered with a leading manufacturing company, looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team on a contract until the end of the year.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to paid search, paid social, e-mail marketing
- Campaign set-up: keyword development, ad copy creation & testing, audience targeting, audience segmentation, bid and budget management
- Work with the regional Digital team, local marketing and sales teams to co-develop e-commerce enabled always on and trigger-based programs, targeting the highest value customers
- Guide the marketing team on digital marketing best practices
- Provide thought leadership on paid search best practices, bid management systems, keyword development tools and industry research
- Monitor, extract and report on important data points throughout the lifecycle of each campaign and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Track KPI’s for marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights based on analytics and provide recommendations for modification to increase ROI.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience creating, managing and measuring paid media campaigns through Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram and LinkedIn
- Experience with e-mail and CRM systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and analytics; measuring and analysing online marketing campaigns through Google Analytics, SA360 or related platforms
- Tools: Experience with Google Ads Editor, Facebook Business Manager, Hootsuite, SA360, SEMrush, SAP C4Hana, Sap Marketing cloud, Dotdigital
