The Company

My client is an independent agency based in the heart of Central London. They are a dynamic and vibrant bunch of growth hacking focused individuals. They deliver international campaigns for a range of clients and offer a full-service solution, including; Performance Media, PPC, Search Engine Optimisation, Programmatic Display, Social Media, User Experience & CRO, Design and Analytics.

The Role

The Director of Performance is responsible for defining the agency’s vision and mission. You will be responsible for driving performance and strategy across the teams. A key part of the role is leading a large team, motivating them to hit the collective goals of the Agency as well as their personal objectives.

Main Job Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for the delivery of campaigns
  • Maximise the contribution to profits from each allocated client account
  • Think creatively around the long term strategy and direction of the client accounts – driving relationships with external suppliers and maximising opportunities across all channels
  • Responsible for keeping the team to agreed client financial targets
  • Assist members of the team on a daily level and promote the job satisfaction of all your staff
  • Responsibility and accountability for ensuring that all projects are completed to the client’s satisfaction

  • Dynamic personality able to lead and inspire the team
  • Depth and breadth of knowledge across Biddable Media
  • Knowledge of SEO techniques and how to integrate with PPC
  • Knowledge of social media, emerging tools and its ability to engage and drive audience behaviour
  • Knowledge of industry tools, technologies e.g. Kenshoo, Marin and market innovations
  • Strong managerial skills to drive a rapidly growing business
  • Excellent paid search knowledge, both strategic and implementation
  • Have an in-depth understanding of technology and the ability to evaluate new tools and processes
  • Confident and inspiring presenter who is well known in the digital media industry
