Requirements:

• 5+ years experience working in a tech startup/scaleup environment
• ability to work autonomously
• 5+ years experience managing & executing marketing channels with large (multi-million) budgets
• Experience driving mobile downloads (across Apple app store & Google play store)
• Good understanding of organic acquisition tools (SEMrush, AppAnnie, SensorTower etc)
• Experience running acquisition campaigns across Search & Social

Responsibilities:

• Define & execute best in class customer acquisition strategies to acquire users across a portfolio of B2C and B2B products(Across a variety of channels across mobile and web to drive profitable scale using a test and learn approach)
• Own and optimise the acquisition funnel with clear targets across (retention, LTV, ROAS & ROI)
• Manage multi-million dollar budgets to run global marketing campaigns across a variety of platforms including: App Stores, Google Ads (PPC/Programmatic), Facebook etc
• Manage, nurture & grow a marketing team
• Develop and continuously execute A/B/Multivariate tests to statistical significance and implement learnings/recommendations.
