Currently on 350k registered monthly users – The ambition is to grow to 1million in 2022

ROLE SUMMARY

• You will be responsible for growing, retaining and managing the customer user base
• Will work closely with the CEO to build and deliver a monthly customer acquisition strategy
• Create and execute campaigns in order to drive user growth across organic and paid acquisition channels
• Track and report on the efficiency of campaigns.
• Optimise campaigns on the fly and shift marketing budget towards the most cost-effective channels
• Understand who our existing users are improving campaigns
• You will have 2 x direct reports and the opportunity to hire more

EXPERIENCE

• Experience creating & executing Performance/Growth marketing campaigns (cost per install)
• Be confident in creating high-level strategy, able to execute it, and competent analysing the results.
• Ideally, come from a Start-up background
• Strong experience with Facebook ads, Google Ads, Mailchimp, Ad words, basic SEO understanding & Hubspot
• Good understanding of content marketing & communication
