Main Job Responsibilities:

• Creation and execution of global display expansion strategy across all countries and all types of display campaign types including GDN, Programmatic, Paid Social Media for both acquisition and remarketing
• Management of big 6- to 8-digit budgets on global scale
• Making sure that the brand is following or setting the best practice on the market for all relevant display optimization fields such as usage of latest ad technologies or tracking and reporting solutions
• Making sure that we always get out of the budget the best possible performance
• Leading an inhouse team of smart display specialists
• Ownership of strategic partnerships in the Display field

Please ONLY apply if you possess the following:

• 5-7 years of experience in online marketing with experience in at least two of different display areas (example: programmatic acquisition and remarketing)
• Strong knowledge of web and app tracking technologies such as GTM, adjust, Google Analytics
• Strong knowledge of optimization methods, new trends in technology and market behaviour in the display area
• Experience in management of big at least 6-digit budgets on monthly basis
• Passion for numbers, ability to identify the trends and to drive actionable insights for the company
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter that loves taking ownership of processes and projects; problem-solving mentality
• Strong knowledge of English, German is a plus
