Head of Marketing (MarTech Platform) – £50-65K + Bonus & S/O – London

THE COMPANY

My client is a fast-growing start-up MarTech AI platform that helps provide data driven insights that improve performance through creative content for marketing teams.

THE ROLE

This will be the first full-time hire for the company; so there’s a lot to do!

You’ll not only have a proven track record in B2B marketing, but you’ll know how to drive business growth through a range of activities such as:

· Events/Webinars – and the strategy and planning as to what’s good and when!

· ABM Strategy

· Content Creation

· Digital Marketing activities to include Paid Social

· Inbound Marketing campaigns ranging from email marketing to social media to website updates!

As the company’s target audience is performance led marketers, you will be experienced in this area yourself.

You’ll have experience of generating marketing activity that’s targeted at enterprise-level MQLs whilst at the same time positioning the business as a thought leader in the industry. You’ll take full ownership of the marketing funnel activity and lead generation pipeline.

What we’re looking for:

· To be successful you’ll have significant digital marketing experience, with strong lead generation expertise, in a B2B Tech/SaaS/Software background

· Proven experience in selecting, managing, coordinating and executing marketing events and activity

· Proven experience in managing agency relationships efficiently and effectively.

· Proven experience managing and implementing several marketing campaigns that run at the same time across various channels

· A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication

· Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

· Experience of adapting material for various purposes, to maximise impact.
