Head of Performance Marketing (Agency Side)

I am representing an innovative and fast growing marketing agency who are looking for a Head of Digital / Performance Marketing to join this scale up agency. You will own and manage key marketing channels & strategy for the agency and it’s clients, including paid and organic search, paid social, email marketing. Looking at growth and return-on-investment of all channels, and for the management and development of the team who look after their day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and overseeing the execution of performance marketing plans to drive brand awareness, company growth and pave the way for new opportunities

• Exceptional skills in relationships with partners and stakeholders

• A track record of stepping outside of the box to execute creative and impactful marketing plans, always looking to deliver high performing campaigns that add value

• Experience of managing SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM activities

• Focus on campaigns that will drive lead gen and focus on nurturing existing and new relationships

• Constantly identifying new creative opportunities for growth, with a focus on digital marketing and impactful campaigns

• Management of Media Budget

• Working holistically with the wider team and external stakeholders for a collaborative approach

• Consistently driving data-backed decisions to push the company forward and break barriers surrounding customer engagement
