The Company and Role

My client is a high traffic site, operating in the competitive Fintech space. They have a unique proposition and are looking for a senior performance/growth specialist who can help convert the significant traffic, whilst creating and maintaining an innovative and fresh offering on the site, to retain the customers. They are growing fast, and have a global presence, with foundations based on cutting edge technology. If you have a methodology centred around a test and learn approach, then this is the role for you.

Key focus and requirements:-

• Managing full funnel marketing customer acquisition
• Driving conversion rate optimisation
• Ensuring robust tracking and web analytics to understand user journeys and inform attribution
• Multi-territory optimisation
• At least 7 years of experience in Performance Marketing
• Demonstrable experience of delivering business growth through digital channels
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to coherently illustrate thinking
• Being able to operate at speed, whilst maintaining a high level of quality
