- Experienced across different mobile user acquisition channels
- Budget owner for acquisition
- Analytical mindset and growth hacker mentality
About the role
- Define and lead the overall UA performance marketing strategy to maximise growth profitably
- Develop new and innovative performance marketing strategies, focused squarely on key success metrics
- Analyse both in-app user behaviour and paid digital campaigns, evaluating most valuable sources for user acquisition
- Lead on A-B testing and drive the ASO strategy
- Turning sophisticated analysis into actionable insights to drive growth
