Paid Media Manager (Contract)

Salt has partnered with an independent agency who specialise in employer marketing looking for a Paid Media Manager – someone who can plan and activate campaigns mainly across Paid Social and Search.

You will work closely with the client services team, liaising with various, largely online, channels to generate the best response for our clients’ channel activity.

Main Responsibilities:

• Planning, Buying, Client Services, Reporting and Optimisation

• Researching and evidencing the most effective media channels for our clients

• Negotiating with the relevant channels to get the best rates for our clients, and administrating the buying process

• Ensure excellence across all media campaigns

• Taking and responding to client channel briefs

• Advising on the most relevant media for each campaign

• Negotiating the optimum rates for clients

• Being available for client meetings

• Advising client service of channel innovations

• Reporting results and collating response analysis and management to present back to clients

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of media and planning methodologies
• Experience of working on media Paid Social and Search
• Outside IR35
• 3 Month Contract
• Hybrid working
• Experience working with Job Boards
