Salt has partnered with a leader in the FMCG space, looking for a Paid Media Operations Manager to join their dynamic team. The Paid Media Manager will be responsible for creating awareness, consideration, demand and loyalty through Paid Media campaigns to create impact and deliver the brand’s mission effectively and ambitiously.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creating the awareness, consideration, demand and loyalty via Branded and Unbranded paid campaigns.
- Preparing insight lists and recommendations based on available Paid Media data and include these into live campaigns.
- Creating weekly/monthly reports.
- Briefing media agencies and sharing the agency reports and data with the markets.
- Analysing post campaign report results against objectives in order to provide for future campaign action points.
- Preparation of technical briefs for agency and campaign set up.
EXPERIENCE:
- 3-4 years’ of experience in Paid Media advertising on agency or client side
- Demonstrable experience working in cross-functional teams
- An understanding of digital media planning and buying is a bonus
- Analytical ability to draw insights from large sets of data through platforms like GA360, T1 mediamath, or similar
- Confident user of task trackers like Jira, Asana, Basecamp, Smartsheet, Wrike or similar
- Experience working for an FMCG organisation or in a similar industry is desirable

- £350-£450 a day DOE
- Outside IR35
- 6-month contract
- Hybrid (2x week in London)
