Paid Media Manager (Contract) – South West

Salt has partnered with a digital marketing agency based in Cornwall. From content creation to growth and engagement, to SEO and paid advertising, we help them engage with their target audience in a meaningful way.

You will report into the Operations Director, your responsibilities will include:

* Creating & delivering exceptional paid digital campaigns primarily across paid search, paid social and display.

* Defining, measuring, and evaluating relevant paid advertising KPI’s.

* Providing ongoing insight into online campaigns and carrying out optimisations to maximise performance.

* Managing client’s overall budgets for paid media.

* Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices so we can consistently deliver a first class service for our clients. Do you fit the spec?

The ideal candidate will have the following:

* 3+ year’s experience in paid advertising.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong attention to detail.

* A good knowledge of online marketing channels.

* The ability to self-motivate and seek out new opportunities for clients.

* Exceptional analytical and organisational skills.

* The ability to work on their own initiative and to take responsibility, but also to work well as part of a team.

* A desire to learn and develop, furthering your career and skill base.

* A high level of academic qualifications.
