Paid / Social, Influencer, Programmatic Manager (Contract)

Salt have partnered with an innovative creative and marketing agency as they look for a contractor who has experience across Paid Social Media, Influencer Marketing Campaigns and Programmatic Strategy. This is a more Strategy focused role looking at marketing strategies that work in synergy to drive growth. You will be a creative big picture thinker that can pick apart a sales funnel, analyse the data and re-build it to smash ROI.

The ideal candidate could take a client brief, analyse their current activity and deliver an end-to-end strategy across social, influencer and performance marketing to deliver big growth.

The candidate will be working autonomously across a number of client projects, so you need to be a confident self-starter that can work to deadlines with minimal supervision.

Skills Needed:

• 4+ years of experience working across social media strategy and management, with the ability to put together creative content calendars that drive growth.

• 4+ years of experience working in the digital media space with focus on sales funnels, conversion optimisation and ad formats.

• 2+ years of experience working on influencer led campaigns, with the ability to select the best talent for the job and negotiate deliverables.

• Proven track record in generating ROI for clients.

• Good understanding of end-to-end process in a marketing, sales, and service organisation.

• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.

• A desire to work in a start-up and fast-paced environment.
