Paid Social Manager (Contract)

Salt has partnered with an online leasing company and a Sunday Times Top 100 employer. You’ll join a technology driven business, going through digital transformation with a big focus on B2C personal leasing.

They are looking for a Paid Social Media Manager to support the Head of Digital, Performance Marketing Manager and PPC Manager. You will lead the Operational Management of all Paid Social activity across all Performance and Brand campaigns working closely with wider Paid Media, Organic Social & CRM channel specialists, as well as our Content and Creative Design teams to deliver the best results for the business.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for budget management and optimisation across all Paid Social Media campaigns

• You will manage a full funnel activity, effectively connecting Brand, Consideration and Conversion campaigns across the full product portfolio

• You will optimise account performance, including targeting and creative optimisation

• You will translate Media plans into effective Paid Social campaign structures, targeting & bidding approaches, and creative alignment

Skills Needed to apply:

• Strong Paid Social knowledge 5 years

• In-depth knowledge of the Paid Social Channels, with focus on Facebook & Instagram; hands-on experience of Twitter and/or LinkedIn

• Experience in Online focused businesses , B2B and B2C

• Excellent understanding of media measurement, attribution and KPIs

• Must thrive in a fast-changing environment and be comfortable working under pressure
