My client is a high street retailer that we have grown up with. They are continuing their digital transformation, with this critical role. They are a global proposition, and the London HQ is based in a vibrant part of West London. They boast an impressive office and have a flexible approach to hybrid working.

The main purpose of this role is to support the Head of Digital Marketing in the development of the Paid Social Media channels (but not limited to) Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok. Understanding how each channel can be optimised to achieve web demand and traffic targets for the business. Paid Social represents a key part of the digital strategy. They have historically worked with agencies and they are open to in-housing or continuing with agency support, depending on the vision you bring. The remit is global and a key element of the role is attribution – understanding what is working and how to optimise.
