The Company

My client is a dynamic and innovative start-up who is making waves in the online stationary industry. They are all about personalisation across their portfolio of products. It is a creative environment one where you get to work with like-minded creative minds. They are looking to grow its performance marketing team with a Senior Performance Marketing Manager focused on paid social and display who will play a key role in driving the performance of those channels within the UK and internationally.

Main Job Responsibilities:

• Drive the day-to-day management of the social advertising agency with multi-million-pound budgets across multiple territories
• Analyse and report efficiently on campaign performance with in-depth insights and commentary and ensure monthly acquisition KPIs are achieved
• Manage on-going creative processes to keep social ads refreshed and engaging
• Develop ideas for ad copy, landing page and creative A/B tests on regular basis to drive higher efficiency
• Manage existing feeds and ensure feed-based creative is run error free
• Work collaboratively with an incredibly passionate and hard-working team to scale, test and grow revenue

Please only apply if you possess the following:

• Strong track record of Digital Marketing (4-5+ years’ experience) specifically within paid social and/or display and experience in managing large digital budgets
• Experience implementing and executing successful paid social campaigns
• Motivation to work in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
• Proficient in Facebook Advertising platform
• Highly analytical and comfortable working with large data sets
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and pivot quickly
• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing & evaluation of new technologies
• Strong understanding of working in an e-commerce business is a plus
