My client, based in West London, is an independent agency in an exciting stage of their growth. They are a performance marketing agency and a close-knit team of specialists who are all focused on driving the agency forward. It’s a very fun, yet dynamic environment – table tennis/playstations etc… They provide a great atmosphere for your enjoyment, but they expect the best in return.

The Role

The Paid Social team is growing, hence the need to add another Paid Social Manager. A couple of recent big client wins have made it a very exciting year ahead for them. Ideally this person will have experience working across both search and social, but the focus is on Paid Social. They need someone who is still execution focused but with the seniority and strategic oversight to be able to deliver successful campaigns.

Key responsibilities and requirements:-

• Manage paid social media campaigns for external clients (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
• Carry out campaign management tasks according to client needs, such as optimization of accounts and budget control
• Develop new creative ideas for clients
• Work with clients to improve both the Paid service itself and its alignment with client’s core business
• Ensure they are prepared for all client meetings and calls having new insights, test recommendations or industry updates to discuss with the client
