Paid Social Executive – Start-up within EdTech – London – c. £35K

I am working with an exciting business in a scale-up phase. They provide a service to facilitate non native English speakers work in English speaking territories. The potential for growth is enormous as they are partnered with a body that gives them huge reach.

This role is focused on acquiring users for the service through Paid Social, Search and Display. The role will be responsible for setting the acquisition strategy and will work closely with the Head of Marketing.

Essential requirements:

• 2 years’ experience in Paid-Social, Analytics and Social Media, executing campaigns across multiple Social channels
• An expert understanding of Paid Social Media, primarily Facebook
• Experience developing target audiences in FB, from broad custom audiences and lookalikes, to more sophisticated geographical cohorts and VIP segments
• A keen eye for detail, great measurement and post campaign analysis skills
• The ability to understand & adjust to differences between geographies & cultures
• The ability to build strong collaborative internal and external relationships.
