Performance Marketing Manager – London – c. £50K
The Company
My client is a Times 100 fast track company based in West London. They are in the luxury retail space and are in an exciting stage of their growth. The Paid Media Manager role is central to leading the growth from a performance media perspective. You get the opportunity to work in a very fast paced and dynamic environment where you get to see the fruits of your labour. Main Job Responsibilities:
- Drive, develop and implement the paid media strategy with a strong focus on PPC
- Track paid media specific KPIs to monitor performance and understand which initiatives drive revenue and influence customer behaviour including using Google Analytics
- Create engaging adverts and landing pages for PPC; testing and tweaking these for maximise effectiveness
- Optimise all ads, keywords, landing pages and other marketing pieces
- Conduct competitor analysis and reporting, with reference to pricing, presentation and promotion
- Take ownership of relevant tools and act as a driver for acquisition of new tools
- Define key KPIs across all paid media channels
- Measure and report performance across all paid media channels giving clear actionable insights to a wide audience group
- Coordinate with other channels to make sure messaging is aligned
- Manage and work with third-party agencies
Please ONLY apply if you possess the following:
- Paid Media Management: 3+ years (agency side or in-house however a minimum of 2 years’ hands-on PPC experience required)
- Experience with the following is essential; Google Analytics, Google AdWords (must be qualified), Google Tag Manager; Google Shopping; Audience targeting; Double Click
- Excellent knowledge of different PPC ad formats, AdWords features and bid management tools
- Proven results from PPC accounts and other paid media channels you have run previously
- Proven knowledge of how to setup and fix Google Feed problems
- Advanced keyword research skills and excellent copywriting skills
- Strong understanding of the wider Digital Marketing landscape (Affiliate, Paid Social, SEO and Programmatic channels)
- Strong understanding of how different devices (mobile, desktop, tablet) impact the buying journey
- Website performance and UX management experience
- A/B split testing experience
- Excellent numeracy skills, and a highly analytical approach to managing, reporting and driving improvements across paid media channels
- Highly proficient in use of Excel to create reports and work with large data sets
