Performance Marketing Manager (Contract)

Greater London Contract / 6 Months £250 - £350 per day

I am currenlty working with an incredinle Fintech client, who are the forfront on this industry. They are on a mission to give everyone the power to be smart with their money.

You’ll join a dedicated team of driven startup-ers attracting new users and helping existing users use Yolt to be smarter with their money.

The Performance Media Manager is an experienced, goal-orientated, personable team-mate who will take responsibility for driving performance media. You will work with each and every team from user engagement to data analysis, to develop paid media campaigns that reach our audience at scale, delivering on our weekly volume and efficiency targets. Committed to developing advertising that resonates with our audience, you will have dedicated creative resource and support to build and manage the campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day to day optimisation of all performance campaigns
  • Daily/weekly/monthly reporting on all activity, including communicating to stakeholders throughout the business
  • Ad hoc data analysis and deep dives
  • Creative testing and optimisation
  • Supporting the Senior Performance manager on planning, implementing and reporting on test and learn initiatives
  • Quality checking campaigns to ensure they’re run according to best practices, whilst constantly looking for ways to innovate and improve upon them

Skills:

  • Essential: Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Desirable: Degree in Marketing/Communications
  • Essential: Minimum 2 years’ experience of planning, building and optimising paid performance campaigns across PPC, social, network and affiliates (in-house or agency), including in depth knowledge of paid media channels: Social: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snap, Pinterest
  • PPC / Networks: Google Ads, UAC, Apple Search Experience briefing and optimising paid media creative, Experience of European markets outside of the UK (Italy and/or France preferable)
  • Desirable: French or Italian speaking, Start-up/fintech experience, Knowledge and use of the following tools
  • Web analytics (such as Google Analytics)
  • Attribution (such as Adjust or AppsFlyer)
  • User Behaviour (MixPanel, Webtrekk)
  • SMO, SEO, ASO knowledge and experience
  • App Experience Desierable
