Performance Marketing Manager – Ecommerce – Newcastle – c. £40K

My client is an exciting and dynamic boutique company in the creative industry. They are a small but friendly team where creative output is not only encouraged, it is essential. The team is circa 30 and they operate in the B2C and B2B space. They are looking for someone who is as passionate about performance marketing as they are about creative. Being part of a small team means you can really make a tangible difference and effect the growth of the company. It’s a fun and dynamic environment where knowledge sharing is the mantra.

You will work within the performance marketing team, focusing on driving paid search and paid social primarily. It is a critical role, as the company is in a period of exciting change. Key channel mix covers – PPC (primary channel, SEO, Paid Social, Affiliates, Display). You get to work in a fun, yet dynamic team in a creative fast paced ecommerce environment.

You will come from or have experience working in ecommerce and bring with you 3 years of performance marketing experience. You are a self-starter, who thrives in a fast-paced culture.
