The Company

My client is a dynamic and innovative start-up who is making waves in the online stationary industry. They are all about personalisation across their portfolio of products. It is a creative environment one where you get to work with like-minded creative minds.
They are looking to grow their performance marketing team with a Performance Marketing Manager who will play a key role in driving the performance of a range of paid search and paid social campaigns, both within the UK and internationally.

Main Job Responsibilities:

• Drive the day-to-day management of their PPC and Social advertising agencies with multi-million-pound budgets across multiple territories
• Analyse and report efficiently on campaign performance with in-depth analysis and ensure acquisition targets are met
• Manage the creative aspect to keep social ads refreshed and engaging
• Develop ideas for ad copy and landing page A/B tests to drive higher efficiency
• Manage existing feeds and ensure feed-based campaigns run smoothly

Please ONLY apply if you possess the following:

• 3+ years’ experience in performance marketing and experience in managing large digital budgets
• Motivation to work in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
• Proficient in AdWords, Bing and Facebook Advertising
• Highly analytical and comfortable working with large data sets and possess the ability to turn data into insights and actions
• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing & evaluation of new technologies
• Strong understanding of working in an eCommerce business
