Performance Marketing Manager – Online Dating – London – £40K

The role sits in the International marketing team and will focus on driving efficiencies across the acquisition channel mix, in particular mobile, ATL and digital. The role reports to the Customer Acquisition Manager, but will also require working closely with other teams in the US, AU and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• To support the acquisition team in optimising all Online/Offline channels through providing detailed and clear analysis and reporting of performance, making optimisation recommendations
• To prepare campaign reports and insights
• To support the budgeting, planning and forecasting process
• Analysing market and competitor research
• Working closely with the Data Analytics, Data Science and Research teams to analyse data sets across multiple business operations and translate the data into actionable items for the Marketing team

Key competencies and experience:

• Significant experience of acquisition/performance analysis and web analytics
• Experience within mobile-first ecommerce product or service environment
• Analytical and commercial mindset and approach
• Exposure and experience of Online/Offline customer acquisition channels
• Able to present analysis and findings/recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Highly organised, flexible and able to handle multiple activities, establish priorities, and meet deadlines
• 3 years’ experience working in an analytically focused marketing role
• Extensive experience in Excel and Google Analytics
