Role and responsibilities

Our client is looking for a PPC Marketing Manager to join there innovative and creative marketing team to help achieve the company’s ambitious digital objectives. The candidate will be a focal point in leading the company’s online performance strategy focusing on PPC across a key number of platforms, partnerships and digital media.


  • Be the go to individual across divisions to provide in house expertise on PPC to aid campaigns
  • Work dynamically across digital and media agencies to maximize the return of investment on all PPC activity
  • Collaborating with the digital team to deliver PPC activity to hit the company’s shop key performance indicators
  • Be able to present plans and business strategies to managers and senior stakeholders
  • Able to communicate trends in the search industry to stakeholders
  • Aid the growth of strategies by communicating various tasks to the marketing functions to compile data and analysis
  • Understand how all the digital marketing channels align with PPC
  • Ensure strategies are based on insight and audience understandings
  • Aid senior management with compiling digital strategy
  • Communicate effectively with the team and third parties to ensure deadlines are met
  • Collaborate with agency partner to ensure the best possible search strategy is delivered
  • Understand data available in tools and how It aids the company

Essential Skills

  • Degree in business or marketing or relevant equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience of working in an operational PPC role that required a complex and technical understanding with a proven track record of success
  • Deep knowledge and capability of paid search activity
  • Knowledge and experience of the consumer electronics/ retail consumer online experience
  • Experience and demonstrated knowledge of Digital tools and techniques and to be able to develop creative solutions
  • Complex knowledge of digital marketing and ability to provide value as a key part of the communications mix
  • Proven management skills with the ability to deliver project plans and manage schedules
  • Ability to multitask and adapt and thrive under pressure
  • The ability to challenge in an appropriate and structured way
  • Be commercially and Data driven and instil this attitude within your team
