Salt has partnered with a leading Automotive Client who are looking for a Paid Media Manager to join the team and report into the Head of Digital Acquisition ASAP.
Responsibilities:
- To lead the Operational Management of all Programmatic Video & Display activity across all Performance and Brand campaigns.
- You will be responsible for budget management, campaign set up & optimisation, lead day-to-day technology partner relationships, and provide Programmatic considerations for media planning, forecasting, measurement & KPIs.
- You will support Head of Acquisition with developing Programmatic Campaign plans in-line with Paid Media Strategies & channel performance forecasting
- You will translate Media plans into effective Programmatic Campaign structures, targeting and buying approaches and creative DCO alignment
- You will manage day-to-day technology partner relationships
- You will be responsible for operational management of Programmatic activity, to include trafficking, 1st & 3rd Party data segment, buying strategy, exchange, and publisher selection, viewability, brand safety and fraud protection set up and measurement
Skills:
- 4 years+ experience within an active Programmatic buying role (agency or trading desk), with a proven ability to deliver successful large-scale Programmatic Campaigns
- Experience in running full funnel Programmatic campaigns across multiple business units and product categories
- In-depth knowledge of the Programmatic ecosystem, including experience on min 2 established DSPs, brand safety, viewability and fraud protection partners
- Extensive experience in audience segment creation & selection across 1st & 3rd Party data, targeting & bidding approach testing; and publisher optimisation, including white-&-blacklist creation
- Hands-on experience in working with an Ad Server and DCO integration
- Experience in RTB, AG/PG, as well as PMPs and Direct Deal negotiation
- Excellent understanding of media measurement, attribution and KPIs
- Ad Ops and Analytics experience would be a plus
- DMP and/or CDP experience would be a plus
- Working knowledge of Tag Management solutions would be a plus
- Affiliate, Digital Radio, CTV/PT, VoD/BVoD & DOOH Buying experience would be a plus
- Ability to translate business objectives & media plans into an effective Programmatic approach
- Must thrive in a fast-changing environment and be comfortable working under pressure
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Team Player with the ability to be autonomous in their work
- Great communicator, both verbally and written
