Senior Paid Social Manager (Contract)

I am working with a prestigious media and digital agency, who are looking for a Senior Paid Social Manager to support a team and report into team in France. You’ll support on an array on international clients.

You’ll join the mission is to create meaningful connections between people and brands to drive business success with one vision, one voice and one P&L.

The Senior Paid Social Manager will be responsible of the Social Media buying Team (4 people). She/He will have to support her/his team in defining the social media strategy for clients, campaigns planning and working with the team on setup, optimization and reporting.
He will also have to work with the other digital experts (programmatic, paid search etc.) to define global digital strategy for our major clients.

Responsibilities:

– Support the teams in building, fostering and activating the digitalization of media campaigns with the integration of programmatic, social, mobile and/or geolocal strategies

– Manage the operational excellence for a specific global client portfolio

– Analyze and present the ROI of such digital campaigns for the client (basic/advanced consolidated reporting)

– Boost innovation and digital solutions with data and content approaches

– Oversee the management of the Social Trader & Social Trading Executive

– Manage day to day operations of Global Social campaigns (Strategy, plan, online buying processes)

– Perform in-depth analysis of campaigns using internal reporting tools and 3rd party tools – Ensure social media campaigns delivery and their profitability

-Provide monthly reporting & analysis to clients. Must monitor campaign results and analyze/report key metrics as needed

-Weekly report of management statistics for their campaigns (performance, pacing etc.) and optimization recommendation proposals

Skills Needed:

5+ years’ experience in Social Media marketing strategies

Media Agency, Digital industry, AdTech, Trading Desk

Project management and coordination skills

Communication and presentation skills

Presentation software (e.g.: PowerPoint)

Table or business intelligence software (e.g.: Pilot, Excel)

Advertising technologies (e.g.: adservers, retargeting platforms, social platforms – Facebook ecosystem, Twitter, Linkedin, Pinterest…, DMP, DSP, Ad serving, 3rd party Data partners)
