I am looking for a seasoned Account Director to join their successful team and play a key role in the development and production of content for their clients’ ecommerce channels. This is a new role within the business and will hold influence from day one.

The Role

The Account Director will be responsible for:

• Partner with the client to ensure the .com website is populated with fresh content, campaigns and delivers a strong user experience onsite to ultimately drive ecommerce transactions – working with internal teams of Data, Marketing, UX/Design specialists and front/back end developers
• Work closely with the client to upsell and spot opportunities to develop the account further
• Line manage a team of Account Managers / Account Executives
• Communicate internally project updates / challenges to ensure that client team are aware of workflows
• Budget management across the account

The Candidate

I would be interested in speaking to candidates who can demonstrate the following:

• Experience operating at Account Director level with strong client and people management credentials
• Experience planning and delivering digital marketing, social media and content led campaigns in an ecommerce setting
• A commercial mindset – being able to spot opportunities to develop accounts and manage budgets
• Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship building skills
• A passionate and proactive attitude
