Work with the biggest and best social media agency in London, as their new Account Manager, working in their Client Services Team. You’ll be steering the ship for two of their major accounts ensuring that the communication and output is best in class.
· Working on two major accounts for the agency. This could be within automotive, FMCG, or Energy, for example.
· Constantly be delivery a solution first service by developing creative ideas for client campaigns.
· Build client relationships ensuring they receive the best service possible.
· Fully understand the clients needs and who their customer is.
· Keep clients up to date and fully informed with latest trends, reports, and analysis.
· Assist with project briefs and work with wider team to develop strategy.
· Budget management – produce cost estimates, and secure sign-off from the client.
· Closely follow campaign creation and guarantee best in class output.
· 2-4 years in account management for an agency, preferably in social media.
· Excellent communication and client facing skills.
· Able to analyse and problem solve quickly and efficiently.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Educated to degree level.
