Brand Campaign Manager (Consumer) – M4 Corridor – up to 45K plus Bonus

THE COMPANY

My client is a globally renowned consumer electronics company that don’t only sell directly to consumers but also via a wealth of well-known international retails brands.

This role is newly created and whilst they need some facetime in the office 2-3 days a week, they work to a hybrid model.

THE ROLE

The role of the Brand Campaigns Manager is overseeing a small team and will ensure the team continues to deliver an innovative communications strategy that delivers against the European business and category communication objectives. As the main point of contact for the team, you will oversee and support the coordination all aspects of the ATL, BTL, and trade marketing plans along with ensuring regular reporting across the business. The role will also include own product category management.

Key Responsibilities Include:

· Work within local UK Brand Communication team and alongside Product Marketing to understand business strategy and requirements to maintain significant brand presence in UK market.

· Co-ordinate with EU Central comms function to understand EU direction and input UK requirements. Including input into the communication strategy and planning to ensure that campaigns and rolled out within timely manner.

· Build UK product launch plans and requirement recommendations working with relevant members of Communications and Product Marketing. Ensuring to align with EU Comms strategy and reporting on success and learnings from the activity.

· For strategic categories, plan and deliver ATL and BTL campaigns in line with budgets and category strategy, and continuously evaluate performance and results.

· Where not supplied from Central Comms teams, create brand assets, which could include imagery, videos, and social content to support dedicated product categories.

· Collaborate closely with sales function to build annual retailer specific marketing plans

· Build strong relationships with retailers, agencies, and internal stakeholders in the UK, EU, and JHQ based in APAC

· Be the guardian for brand guidelines and premium execution across all touchpoints

· Report on activity across business to support visibility of execution

· Management of detailed budget requirements for category, ensuring to secure budget in advance from Central team to be able to executive all agreed activities.
