Campaign Coordinator

My client, a leading global FMCG brand, is on the hunt for a Campaign Coordinator to join their marketing team for an initial 6-month contract to help cover a busy period for the brand.

This role will suit someone with 2-3 years’ experience and looking to move perhaps from agency into a client-side role.

This role is outside of IR35 and paying up to £240 a day. Ideally, you will be available ASAP but there is a little bit of flexibility. This will be an initial 6-month contract.

Key responsibilities and activities:

• Maintaining and monitoring project and campaign plans, project trackers, budgets and expenditures ensuring real time accuracy at all times
• Ensuring project and campaign deadlines are met as part of a team, including high profile high pressured paid campaigns
• Facilitating content reversion requests, ensuring work delivers accurately on time and on budget
• Producing original content from brief to delivery in a complex environment as tasked
• Attending and participating in stakeholder meetings
• Documenting and following up on important actions from meetings
• Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriate for each project
• Assist in research and information gathering
• Develop strong and positive working relationships with discipline and project leads, while maintaining adherence to objectives, process and timelines
• Providing administrative support where needed including POs, diary management and events

Ideal previous experience:

• Creative agency / in-house experience in a project-based role (or similar) producing content, campaigns or events
• Knowledge of paid digital media environments and eco-systems (web, social and paid)
• Well organized and process-orientated
• Experience in using tracking tools or similar including excel
• Tech savvy and quick to pick up and improve office systems and share drives
