Salt have partnered with a SaaS business that creates highly engaged communities and provides best in class consumer insights to household name clients.

They are looking for a junior candidate who has excellent communication and presentation skills, and a dab hand at writing engaging content through blogs, social media posts, and customer replies.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a recent graduate who loves writing, is intrigued by influencer marketing, and wants to get their foot in the door in the ever evolving world of digital!

The Role:

• Manage client accounts by updating key stakeholders through constant communication via phone, email, and online. You’ll be the first point of contact on a day to day basis.
• Collaborate with wider teams to ensure activity and projects are delivered on time and to the highest possible standard.
• Support the team on reporting and analysing KPI’s for client accounts.
• Be accountable for managing a range of projects in UK and across the globe.
• Create and deliver presentations for clients that showcase success of projects.
• Write content in both long and short form, that is on brand, engaging, and creates buzz.

The Person:

• Experience communicating with clients/customers/senior stakeholders.
• Professional or personal experience in content creation, and blog writing.
• Experience working with influencers desirable.
• Impeccable customer service skills and ability to deal with problems in a timely and calm manner
• Highly organised with ability to multitask
• Loves a fast paced environment and the feeling of being part of a growing business
• Self motivated and takes initiative
