Communications & Community Manager – D2C Sustainability

£32-£38K, London, flexi WFH

Salt have partnered with an agency in London that champions sustainability. My client works with UK based consumer brands to help create and deliver product in the most sustainable, and planet friendly way possible. You will be managing the comms and community for a brand-new client that is going through a period of growth.

The role:

· Manage and support the workload of the PR and Digital agencies

· Support Director on comms plans and strategies

· Manage the content calendar for all social channels and website, and brief creative team

· Build and nurture the brand’s community on all social accounts

· Community management/Customer Care alongside wider team and agency

· Report and analyse on all online activity for brand

The person:

· At least 18 months experience in community management or social media management within a d2c brand

· Excellent communication skills with impeccable writing and grammar

· Ability to work in a fast paced environment and keep cool under pressure

· A brilliant solution finder and problem solver

· Analytical with reporting skills

· An entrepreneurial spirit with a positive energy

· A passion for sustainability, and diversity and inclusion
