Community Manager

Salt have partnered with a large memeberhsip charity who are looking for 2x Community Mangers to join their team as they embark on a period of growth in their organisation.

The key responsibilities of this role are:

• Devise and deliver engaging content for social and online communities, ensuring consistency in terms of style, quality and tone of voice.
• Support the delivery of a matrix approach to extending customer support to our members across our social media presence.
• Proactively explore new and innovative visual approaches and techniques for storytelling on social.
• Deliver video content that engages and educates, including explainers and case studies.
• Support the Social Media and Online Communities Manager in planning and implementing a member engagement strategy to grow and energise the online communities

To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to have the following qualifications and skills:

• Demonstrable experience of online content development, including writing for online channels; able to show examples of accessible, inspiring content which measurably drive action
• Experience of digital asset creation using photo and video editing software (Premiere Pro, InDesign, Photoshop)
• A passion for all things social media, and a knowledge of the latest trends and best practice.
