Community and CRM Manager – Community Social Platform
Salt have partnered with an innovative community building social platform that partners with major brands in fashion, beauty, and entertainment and more.
You will be the go-to person for creating highly engaged communities for the brands through innovative content and rich conversation.
– Responsible for all developing the communication from the client to the community.
– Responsible for attracting, engaging and retaining new customers onto the platform.
– Ensure customers are active and returning to the platform.
– Oversee the budget for recruitment of new customers.
– Keep on top of trends and advise on how best to evolve and enrich the platform.
– Strive to ensure the community and customers are happy and satisfied with the platform.
– Report and analyse data and feed back to senior members of the team.
– Experience in digital marketing/community management ideally within FMCG.
– Proven ability with customer acquisition, engagement and retainment.
– A confident communicator and team player.
– Highly numerate and loves looking at the data!
