Salt have partnered with a revolutionary luxury beauty brand that is taking the supplement beauty-tech industry by storm. Having partnered with the best retailers in the world including Net-a-Porter and, featured in everything from The FT to Sunday Times Style, they are going through a period of growth and require a Community Manager to join the team. This role is a first for the company so I’m looking for an experienced Community Manager who has proven ability of attracting and growing engagement as well as ensuring retainment.

The Role:

· Create, curate, and manage customer groups on social platforms and develop ongoing dialogue

· Identify knew ways of engaging current members and attracting new customers

· Implement strategy for retainment

· Use analytical tools to analyse attraction, engagement, and retainment

The Person:

· Proven experience in Community Management and Social Media

· Analytical mindset

· Creative thinker with ability to speak up and own your area

· Excellent writing skills

· Experience working in luxury, beauty, ecommerce, and/or subscription model businesses
