Content Designer & Strategist

My client, a leading industry institute on the property sector, is on the hunt for a Content Designer who can lead an important Content-led acquisition project for them as they grow into new areas in Asia and the Middle East.

This is a 3-month contract and it is paying up to £210 a day DOE. Candidates must be available to start early June.

The Role

As Content Lead you will be responsible for seeing a project through from stakeholder consultation, user research and requirement gathering, content creation and template design to MVP and user testing.

Using your skills in digital content design, project management, UX, copywriting and SEO, you’ll ensure our three-month project is delivered with clear communication, on time and in-line with the project objectives.

Although you will need to be comfortable working independently and picking everything up quickly, you will work within the Content team, line-managed by the Head of Content. You will be a collaborator, working closely with the project stakeholders, Digital Development and UX colleagues and will be the key liaison person with the digital development agency for this project.

The Content Lead’s areas of responsibility will include:

  • Completing the project plan
  • Gathering requirements for the project, consulting with stakeholders
  • Being the lead liaison person with the digital development agency, maintaining clear communication, status updates and checking back with the Statement of Work
  • User research, defining user needs and later, user testing
  • Creative template design in consultation with the company’s UX Designer
  • Digital content design to include copywriting and editing, using Sitecore CMS
  • Asset-making (to include briefing and commissioning a range of digital content from suppliers – e.g. copy, images, video)
  • Project management and seeing delivery of MVP and subsequent iterations
