I am representing a well-known beauty brand who are looking to hire in a Content Editor to join their team. This is a brand-new role and as such will be responsible for defining and delivering strategic editorial ideas to drive brand awareness and boost engagement with customers across all channels.

The Content Editor will be responsible for:

• Copywriting for digital and print – including, writing compelling product descriptions, social content, editorial led features, scripts for how-to’s, and commissioning out content for influencer campaigns.
• Influencer outreach and building up a strong contact book of bloggers.
• Asset creation for editorial campaigns
• Contributing ideas for event-led content

The Content Editor will be:

• A fantastic writer with proven experience writing copy for a range of mediums (product, blog, social etc)
• A brilliant creative, and able to spot opportunities for unique content assets and content ideas to differentiate the brand.
• Insightful, and able to able to understand the customer to create content around that mindset.
• Passionate about social media and content creation in a personal capacity
• Hugely organised and be able to prioritise your own workload.
• Collaborative and a team player, but also comfortable working autonomously.
