My client, a leading UK heritage fashion brand, is on the hunt for a Content Editor who is experienced with the Magento CMS and availabel to start immediately for a 3-month contract.
My client seeks Magento Website CMS contractor asap experienced in using the CMS admin to manage website assets, product & category listings, and pricing across their flagship website. Main requirement is someone with specific experience of using Magento CMS for managing website assets, products, categories and pricing.
Duties
- Manage product and category listings across the flagship website including adding new products, removing discontinued products, ensuring product information, imagery and stock availability information is optimised
- Manage implementation of product pricing across the client website including implementing pricing changes and promotional pricing
- Work with Digital Product Owner and Magento development agency to simplify and automate CMS and website management processes eg product & pricing changes
- Manage and publish website assets and page templates using the Magento CMS to support ecommerce trading including promotional campaigns and new product launches (eg landing pages, banners etc)
- Collaborate with in-house and agency UX, content and design teams to create, publish and manage digital assets across the client website using the Magento CMS capabilities
- Work with digital merchandising manager and wider product team to optimise product meta data to support website experience
- Improve website conversion, AOV and onsite search optimisation by taking ownership of our 3rd party digital merchandising (NOSTO) and onsite search (Klevu) solutions – using the available functionality to implement changes and report on results
- Work with Digital Merchandising Manager and Digital Data Analyst to produce weekly/monthly/quarterly website trading performance reports and analysis
- Be the Magento CMS expert business user within the Digital Channels team, ensuring the client maximises the configurable functionality and capabilities of the Magento CMS
- Provide website administrative and customer onboarding support. Work with Digital Product Owner and Magento development agency to automate, simplify or remove manual website updates/change processes
- Support implementation and roll out of new UX designs and website improvements using the Magento CMS capabilities eg new category & product pages, implementing new product imagery & product content, implementing navigational and page template changes and migration of existing content assets within the CMS to the new templates
